Terms and Conditions

1. Domain and Hosting

Domain and hosting charges are separate from website or software development charges and are based on current market prices. After purchase, all billing invoices will be sent directly to your registered email by the hosting provider.

Hosting and domain can be purchased in two ways:

• Purchased by Developer: If hosting/domain is purchased and managed by the developer, technical server-related issues will be handled responsibly by the developer.
• Purchased by Client: If you purchase hosting/domain yourself, the developer will not be responsible for server-related problems. Assistance can still be provided, but charges will apply based on time and complexity, and server access must be provided.

2. Website and Software Charges

• Website and software development costs vary depending on project requirements, features, and complexity.
• As an individual freelancer, services are offered at competitive prices below standard market rates, where possible.

3. Project Delivery Timeline

• Standard website delivery timeline: 7–10 working days.
• Software or custom system delivery timelines depend on project scope and requirements and will be communicated separately.

4. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment is required before starting the project.
• Remaining 50% payment must be completed after project completion and before final delivery.
• Admin panel access and full project handover will be provided only after full payment.
• If payment is delayed for more than 30 days, services may be terminated and the project may be suspended or removed.

5. Support and Maintenance

• Free technical support for technical errors will be provided for one (1) year from the delivery date.
• Free support includes fixing system or development-related issues only.
• If admin credentials are shared with third parties and issues arise due to external modifications, the developer will not be responsible. Fixes can be provided at additional cost.

After one year, a nominal maintenance charge will apply for services such as:

• Server configuration
• PHP updates
• Plugin updates
• System maintenance and technical assistance

6. Website Usage Responsibility

The client is fully responsible for the content published on their website.

The developer will not be responsible for any legal or technical issues arising from publishing content related to:

• Vulnerable or harmful material
• Sexual or harassing content
• Spam or fraudulent activities
• Illegal products or services
• Drugs or prohibited materials

Any consequences arising from such content are solely the client’s responsibility.

7. Domain & Hosting Renewal

• Domain and hosting services are valid for one year from the purchase date.
• Renewal must be completed annually at the prevailing market price.
• Failure to renew may result in website suspension or permanent loss of services and data.

8. Admin Panel Access & Customization

Clients will receive access to an admin panel after full payment. The admin panel allows clients to:

• Upload products or content
• Change images
• Modify website content

Step-by-step guidance will be provided to help clients manage their website independently.

9. Limitation of Responsibility

The developer is not responsible for:

• Server failures when hosting is managed by the client
• Issues caused by third-party modifications
• Security problems resulting from credential sharing
• Legal issues arising from website content published by the client

10. Agreement

By using the services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

11. Suggestions and Communication

If you have suggestions, additional requirements, or ideas regarding your project or these terms, you are encouraged to communicate them before or during the project discussion phase.
